Initiate Your Return
Log into your Strike account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
